This must be somewhere in Pakistan because men's spaces are still strong there. It would never happen in Indian Call centres which are heavily heterosexualized. Men would be scared even to look at each other... I mean the same straight men who eye each other once they get out on the street.

There's an immense pressure on men in these westernized call centres to have sex with women, and the management in facts pressurises men to do this in order to prove they're not gay.
